Returns + Refunds

Am i able to return my order?

Of course, we want you to be happy with your order!  You’re able to return products providing we receive the items within 14 days of the original purchase.

All returned items must be unused, in their original packaging & in a resalable condition.

When returning any items to us, please state reason for the return and include your name, address, contact telephone number and order reference number.

 We’re sorry but we do not accept any returns on confectionery and personalised products.

*Please note we do not cover the cost of delivery for returned items*

2. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you’re order is damaged, faulty or wrongly supplied, please contact us and we will arrange to collect the faulty items.

3. All items that are collected or returned are refunded within 1-3 working days of being received.

4. All items that are refunded, will be refunded by the same payment method the order was placed with.

5. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you’re able to return products providing we receive the items within 14 days of the original purchase.

Rayleigh Party does not cover return postage if you decide you no longer want the ordered product.

Damages and issues

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned. We’re sorry but we do not accept any returns on confectionery, personalised products, pants, hosiery or wigs. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. All items that are collected or returned are refunded within 1-2 working days of being received.
