We recommend as soon as you receive your balloon to be aware of the following. Don’t have anything sharp in your hands, keys, scissors etc. When taking the balloons out of their bag or box, don’t allow them to come into contact with any sharp objects.

Helium is sensitive to temperature changes. Cold air causes the helium to shrink, which makes the balloon appear to deflate, although it still floats. Heat can cause the helium to expand and the balloon to burst. Latex balloons are also sensitive to light, and balloons of any kind are weakened by dirt and dust.

Be aware if you have pets, do not drag through doorways, getting trapped in car doors or boots. All our balloons are weighted but care needs to be taken when outside as the wind can be much stronger than our knots or little hands holding onto them.

We only use the highest quality of products with our latex and foils, your latex balloons should float for aprox 24hrs, where as the foils aprox 3 days plus with the record being 13 weeks! Foil balloon's last longer than the traditional latex ones.
