Confetti Happy Birthday Balloons filled with blue confetti will look great for any party.
They come in a Pk of 6 balloons. aprox 12in pr balloon and ready for you to fill with the confetti supplied.
You can fill with Helium and air.
These balloons are supplied flat ready for you to inflate.
If filled with Helium then we recommend that you do this on the day of the party, as the float time is only aprox 6-8 hours.
Just rub the balloon to get the confetti to stick to the sides.
If you are filling with helium, we recomnd that you mix with a little air as well.
